HotA (like other versions of Heroes 3) can be run on Android using ExaGear. In general, it's a pretty good emulator – not too slow, and the controls aren't too awkward. Overall, since HotA is a modification for SoD, it can be run in the same place as SoD. It's unlikely that it can be specifically made to run on other platforms.
