RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

Well, I was thinking that on the Druid, we could create mages for Might and Magic, and on the Archmage, we could create liches for the Necropolis.

I also think the same about the Druids, which is why I first suggested a bunch of other options, and I hadn't thought about liches, but I like that idea.
