Awakening of Evil

For some unknown reason, the dialogue with the archangels in the first mission doesn't start. A hint appears, the quest is displayed, and then it's a dead end. The game version is, of course, 3.1, and it's a licensed copy.
I tried using the console - nothing happened.


I have the same problem(( I don't know what to do to progress further.
