I haven't played Heroes from Volgograd.
After your spectacular performance, you can safely end your career :D :D :D

That's exactly why I calmly submitted the save for judgment, without even doubting its outcome. However, things turned out the way they did. I sincerely thank you for your understanding.
I will omit the ethical aspects of this game, let them remain on everyone's conscience, but I categorically disagree with your position that you were supposedly "cheated" by the judges.

As for the setup, I'll say the following: yes, in fact you have a very strong army, a red orb, you can't be killed, but you have no hint of control. Gretchin leveled up very poorly, ending up without Wisdom, meaning you'll have to level another hero for control. Your resources are at zero, so there's no question of building a Mage Guild quickly in multiple castles. There are still unclaimed Pandora's Boxes and Dragon Fly Hives on the map, which Blue can consume much faster, partially compensating for the meat disadvantage. Not to mention that towns and creatures still need to be defended somehow. It's also very likely that once your opponent gets Town Portal, your problems will increase tenfold.

I was ready for an FB without question, for example 211 - a perfectly reasonable timeframe for a tournament game. Actually, that's how it used to be done. Of course, I wasn't ready for 411 - and we wouldn't have made it anyway.
In Heroes (at least in HeroesWorld rules) there has never been (and hopefully never will be) a forced final battle ruling, so you can play until 411 or even 911. This requires flawless and precise play from both sides: one had to play for control, repelling the opponent's attacks, while the other had to avoid being exposed in town while collecting the remaining treasure. The draw was awarded based on the fact that neither side had a decisive advantage, and achieving one would require a lengthy game for which there was no time.

This is my position as a judge; perhaps Cobra will add their own analysis of the situation.
