At the time of submitting the save for evaluation: my army consists of 60+ Vivi, an Angel, and 23 Nagas against 8 Nagas and a Shadow Dragon. And right next to me, there are two more hives and a Griffin Conservatory capturable this very turn (which the opponent already didn't take and passed the turn). Plus, I have the Cape of Silence and both morale/luck pendants, taken from both sides. So the question is: how much flying around and trying to get fat (without ever leaving yourself exposed!) do you need to do to have even the slightest chance of pulling off the Fairborn?
I haven't looked at the save, but given the indicated difference in armies and the depth of treasure clearing (I understand that a significant portion of the map has already been consumed), Lizard can afford to spend a month building guilds in search of Dimension Door, without worrying about the possibility of a sudden finish.
It's not like an L-size map is an XL-size one, there's less space for jumping, and only one jump.
