Apologies, but the phrase "Kostya said the rebuilding is disabled" is the last straw. And also "the situation is simple." This is just sheer madness.

I'll break it down point by point:

1. All this time, I constantly adapted to the opponent's preferred playtime as best I could, which resulted in extreme stress and a complete lack of a normal life (but whatever, that's fine). In the end, when we finally started and Alexander was hosting—on turn 112—during my turn—a billion questions about the rules fly into the game chat. After that, the person has the nerve to write in the report, "Kostya was pressed for time."

2. Regarding the rebuilding—the opponent wrote, when the game was already well underway—"oh, I didn't set up the rebuilding." There was absolutely no talk about anything being in the code somewhere (I don't understand where that came from and why). I simply said that I was extremely short on time, so let's just play as it is. That is, I accommodated the opponent again, but he still considers this to be normal.

3. The only compromise time was agreed upon in advance and confirmed several times—at 17:00 this past Saturday. The opponent doesn't show up. At 17:20, I sit down to finish an incredibly difficult mirror match against Hellaight, because that game also required a calm block of time. At 17:40, Num shows up and says, "sorry, Kostya, I fell asleep." So, I was supposed to tell Hell one turn before the finale, "sorry, Anton, Num woke up, I'm going to go play with him so he doesn't fall asleep again"?? And this is also considered normal and has nothing to do with the game?

4. Specifically in this game, my opponent already had 3 minutes on his timer by turn 114, and by turn 117—exactly 0! Meanwhile, our first save was precisely on turn 117. We reload (as always, at an extremely inconvenient time, but I adapted, tearing myself away out of respect for the opponent), and then, miraculously, the opponent starts taking 4-5 minutes per turn (while in the treasure zone!), perfectly saving his timer. Let's also skip the fact that for over a week, the opponent spends time in 2 treasure zones (naturally, with air control, who would doubt it—but that's just Papal intuition, what can you say), while I have scouted and eaten at least twice as much in full. In short, I was already seriously pondering the simplicity and sameness of my passwords back then. And after the most insolent report, which just makes you want to spit, and even more so...

5. Regarding demon-dancing, necromancy, etc., in the late game. At the moment of handing over the save for adjudication: my army is 60+ Wiverns, an Angel, and 23 Naga Queens against 8 Naga Queens and trash. And right next to me, there are 2 more Hives and a Griffin Conservatory (which the opponent didn't take and passed the turn). Plus, I have both the Sword of Judgement and both pendants for morale/luck, taken from both sides. So the question is: how much flying around and trying to fatten up (without ever exposing yourself!) would it take to have any chance of forcing a base? I was ready for a base without question, say, on turn 211—a perfectly reasonable timeframe for a tournament game. That's basically how it used to be done. On turn 411, of course, I'm not ready—and there's no way we would have made it in time.

6. For a second, I imagined if in boxing, in the absence of a knockout, the judges didn't award a win by points, but sat and thought about who would win if they were given another 25 rounds, and if they couldn't reach a consensus—they'd flip a coin. What a great sport. But here, apparently, there will never be a sport, just fun leisure time after work, if you didn't fall asleep.

I've written everything as it is, because I didn't sleep all night because of this nonsense. Imho, this victory of Num's, combined with its calm acceptance and writing such a report (he was leveling someone perfectly—it's just laughable)—is a disgrace. For both the player and the tournament. I have absolutely no desire to ever cross paths with this person again, and I'm not going to the CIS tournament, if only because there will be people like him there.
