We were finishing an old save. I had the right to start the turn first and, accordingly, to choose the city first from the 3 remaining ones. I chose the Stronghold. In the first week, there were problems because the Dwellings were located inconveniently (at least 1 out of 3 was quite far away). There were also 3 Confluxes on the map. One was in an inaccessible area, and 2 (both 3-4) were near villages, close to each other. My task was to take all of this as quickly as possible, starting with the farthest Dwelling, which had 18 Scorpions and also guarded a pendant that gave +3 Luck and +3 Morale. After waiting for reinforcements (because from my starting locations, I only had 1 Orc and 2 Goblins), I started to take everything, and the first Dwelling gave me 12 Imps. Then 8 more. Along the way, I picked up a pendant that gave +1 Speed, after which, on day 122, I took the maximum-level Conflux. On day 123, I prepared to attack the Guardian of the Oasis, while simultaneously taking the second Conflux with 3 Angels, a Dwelling with 4 Imps, 2 Gnomes, and a Naga Bank. On day 124, with 7 Angels, 24 Ducks, 3 Behemoths, and my native troops in the form of Goblins, Orcs, and Birds, I went to break the Guardian of the Oasis with Giants and Cyclops (33 Giants and 5 Titans): I didn't outsmart them because I'm awesome :smile51:. However, I didn't lose any Ducks, Angels, or Behemoths on them. But on 3 Crystal Dragons, I already lost 1 Duck because I had almost no troops left. On day 124, I managed to take the central city and a Dwelling with 6 Imps, after which I headed towards Utopia. On day 125, I broke it and ran further into the treasure map.
On day 126, I freed the prison and scouted the territory, or rather, the second castle on the treasure map, which Tazaru was only 1 Move away from! However, he managed to capture it with a sneak attack. Seeing that he only had 5 Mana, I attacked. My stats were (14 21 7 5) and 23 Mana with Earth Expertise (Stone Skin, Shield, Oil), while his were 7 16 7 12. In terms of Earth magic, he only had 6 Skill points and it was only advanced, which, combined with the lack of Mana, decided the outcome, because there was a Magic Lamp. As for the army, I had: 1+1 Rukh, 5+5 Ogre Mages, 3 Behemoths, 29 Imps, and 7 Angels. He had: 75 Lizard Warriors, 3 Titans!:eek:, 6 Hydras, 1+1+10 Imps, and 27 Imp Monarchs.
