Again, what should be understood by the term "yoke."
The word "yoke" actually meant harness. The word "yoke" was first used in the sense of oppression in the 17th-18th centuries, when the Zaporozhians wrote that it was difficult for them under the yoke of the Russian Tsar.
So, in the 13th-15th centuries, there was no "yoke." There were the Mongols. But! They did not leave garrisons in the cities. The Chingizids personally did not rule any principalities. The payment of tribute began approximately 15 years after Batu's campaigns. It is more accurate to speak not of a "yoke," but of allied relations, when one ally had an army to protect both, and the other had the money to maintain this army.
