9. Empathy as an ND (Non-Disclosure) can create difficulties in implementation. Finding out when it will be applied, determining the target's ND, explaining it, and then there will likely be a change in the team's ND. And what if the target of the empathy suddenly changes their mind and wants to change their ND? Forbidding them to change the ND after it's been sent, telling the target that the ND cannot be changed due to empathy, telling the cult that the target has changed their ND – all of these options are bad.
