RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

You can do both, just make the Simurgh with a transparent body and a glowing effect, and make the flying serpent with a snake head, or make miniature dragons, but you won't be able to attach anything to them.

You can try making it based on the Assassin, but remove the crossbow.
