I don't even know, on the one hand, the official translations are absolute garbage, and on the other hand, what good could fan translations possibly produce? Especially since it's not the most popular game, probably.
But it's not just that, many things can't be translated into Russian. For example, Faeblades. Blades of the Fae? Fairy blades? Fairy daggers? Blades of the Fairies? Not great.
