Spent the first week in tough battles with the computers. With great difficulty, I managed to capture them all, luring the fattest one (Wystan near the swamp) to the side and killing him at the start of the second week. Money was very tight, I couldn't even build the psychos. But I took their external dwelling and portaled into a dungeon. As a result, by week 1 day 2, I had a more or less decent strike stack of 10 psychos. Spent the second week in the treasure zone underground, farmed 20 cyclopes, but lost all the psychos and the entire power stack. At the start of week 1 day 27, my army was: 1 giant, 2 thunderbirds, 18 cyclopes, no decent magic — didn't even have a Haste spell. Was thinking of surrendering, since I could see through the overview the standard necro-fattening on my opponent. However, week 1 day 27 changes everything: in another treasure zone I took Control to Monere's existing Fire Magic and opened a Pandora's Box with all the Air Magic. With control everything became much easier; by week 1 days 31–34 I had already stacked 50 cyclopes, found the Shield of the Dwarven Lords and good stats. On week 1 day 35, right under my opponent's nose, I took 2 Dragon Utopias; on his turn, he attacked himself. No Cape of Silence or Cloak of the Undead King. In terms of power he was clearly fatter, but my stats were an order of magnitude higher and I had +2 speed. Chain Lightning, Berserk on the skeletons, Frenzy on the cyclopes — gg. Thanks for the game.
