In the city, there's a book of fire and a hidden stash of phoenixes. I used the fire spell on the mercenary, and on level 123, I managed to get into the treasure room because I lost momentum on the first level. On level 123, I rescued Luna from the dungeon, who then attacked the blue units in the city and burned them.
