Spring Festival: a new beginning.

Coastal Fires - 6. It's not bad, there's a certain atmosphere, and there's development. I was almost ready to give it a 7, but the music is somehow bland. Misty Dew - Well, I like upbeat performances of folk songs with sad lyrics, so what can I say? Ta-ta-ta-ta - 4. Sorry, it just didn't resonate with me. Maybe it's because of the mood set by the first track. Rozenbaum - 5. The song is good, but I'm not a big fan of this kind of music in general, and Rozenbaum in particular. He makes me feel melancholic, regardless of the lyrics. You Foolish Humanity - 6. Everything I've tried to listen to by Helloween after 2000 seems kind of boring to me, and this song is no exception. It also feels like self-plagiarism. A plus for the vocalist, I've always liked his voice. Love is War - 5. I won't give it a lower score just because it's not a song, but I won't give it a high score either. Especially since the music didn't impress me much. In the Valley of the Dying Sun - 7. I didn't think I'd give a higher score to something from Arcanum than to a proper metal track, but it looks like I will. It's an interesting song, and even the sometimes overly sweet vocals don't ruin the impression, because when needed, they switch to a more aggressive style. Without Remorse (Rug for the Broom) - 8. Well, here they are, unconsciously playing on my nostalgia again. It seems it was around 2005 when I first got a computer, and besides Russian rock, I didn't listen to much else at that time. That's when I came across a collection of songs by the band "Trup Kannibala." I was a little shocked, listened to them for a while, then stopped, but this song was almost the only one that really resonated with me. I even like it more than the original in some places. And again, I didn't think that brutal death metal (a genre that's not really my favorite) would get the best score from me in this competition. Sauronich - 7. Not bad.
