I would like to point out that initially, Heroes 1 and 2 were planned simply as a "collection" of towns and heroes from previous parts of Might and Magic, and if heroes from these parts, who could be randomly encountered in Heroes 1 and 2, did not appear in the plot of these parts, then they are not present in Enroth and never were. The exceptions are Crag Hack and Sandro, because these are not Crag Hack and Sandro from the previous parts.
