It is impossible to complete the fifth mission of the first campaign in the original game. After Agrael, a hero from Inferno arrives with a large number of ice demons, and that's it.

What does "after Agrael" mean? Agrael should be attacked by Nicholas (before that, to make him appear, you need to send Godric to get reinforcements in the lower right corner of the map). The mission ends after that; there is nothing else.
