Son of the Devil

I have a problem. I understand that the map is old, but maybe someone will answer. I downloaded the map, installed it, and everything was fine. But now it's been 5 days, 2 weeks, 12 months. All the castles are fully built. There's nothing to do, and I can't find a way out of the dungeon. I read two pages of comments here, but I couldn't read any more, and there was no point. Because everything described here didn't happen to me. The prophet's huts didn't give any quests; the first time I approached a hut, it said, "There is no one here," and it was the same with all the huts. There were no reinforcements at all, except for my four heroes in the dungeon; no one else appeared. The only quests were "Prepare the heroes for the attack" so that all the heroes survive, and a secondary quest to find Ashu. I hope for help.
