Spring Festival: a new beginning.

I don't mind the absence of voting either; it doesn't really make much sense here. What are we evaluating? The musical taste of those who submitted the music?

Isn't it obvious that you're evaluating how much your tastes align with the tastes of those who submitted the music? Personally, I find that interesting. Although I haven't been submitting music very often lately.
