Suggestions for developing the RPG “Magnus Empire”.

I didn't know where to post this, but I think it's okay here... If not, please move it to another topic or at least reply to me in a private message and move the message to the general chat. I haven't been on the forum for a long time. I found out about the RPG not long ago and also wanted to play. But a lot of events have already happened there... So, the question is, can I join or at least start playing from the 2nd part (as I understand, there will be a continuation), and can I post an application in the corresponding topic right now?
