CIS-2016 in St. Petersburg.

I would really like to go, but I can only confirm in mid-April. Will I still be able to join? I'd be happy to travel from Moscow with some cool guys and 2-3 liters of alcohol  I can bring some cardboard

Well, if you bring the cardboard, your spot will be guaranteed. Otherwise, we'll hope that the couple of 4-person rooms that I'm booking "just in case" won't already be full, so bring the cardboard and forget about the room problem ;)
