Well, yes, I participated in several offline tournaments before. But I haven't really played online until now; it seems like there's a big difference.

I want to note that when applying for Novichok-2015. Summer, Dandy informed me that he had previously participated in offline Heroes 3 tournaments.
As far as I understand, offline tournaments are held using a player versus map system, where achieving the result specified in the scenario is necessary for victory.
I myself tried my hand at a map last fall where I needed to collect 50 mages as quickly as possible =).
Since players are given save files, the map can be opened, studied, and replayed many times. In general, such events differ little from playing campaigns or on maps against computers or hotseat with friends. This is experience that every player has gained in some form or another before deciding to try their hand at online games against real opponents.
Therefore, I didn't see anything in this kind of experience that could serve as grounds for refusing registration in Novichok.
