As I mentioned, I can stream the game; I think I'm not the only one willing to do that. But if you're hesitant to play against each other, there's a suggestion to record the game locally using OBS (I can help with the settings). After the game, these recordings can be streamed for a wider audience or simply made available for everyone. The advantage is that it doesn't require an internet connection, and your opponent won't be able to see your screen. The disadvantage is that online play is, of course, more exciting. In short, we need to figure out what to do about the streaming.
