Actually, spin fishing is prohibited during the May holidays; I don't know how it is with them.

It should be allowed, you can clarify! It's allowed here, and I know it's allowed in many other regions too (if fishing from the shore and with no more than 2 hooks, even during the spawning season).
Although, I'm 90% sure that the administration doesn't care about this at all; the lake is in a critical state, and they will only be in favor of it! :)
