NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Make Galtran stronger; raising skeletons by 4% is too little. Make it at least 10% so the ability is useful, or increase the percentage with each level.

I analyzed the statistics: I kill about 5000 creatures per game, which is about 200 skeletons (rounding up and considering that not all creatures are suitable).
In principle, the percentage could be increased with the level, but then it would be even more advantageous to save low-level creatures for later. But I won't increase the static percentage.
