Where are you, fellow enthusiasts?

Excuse me, esteemed experts, would it be correct to assume that if our civilization exists in a three-dimensional space, meaning we can only distinguish three dimensions, then we simply would never be able to notice or track anything that possesses the ability to exist in a greater number of dimensions? If this is the case, then such a scenario would also be a plausible explanation, although I am not particularly interested in such questions and have no knowledge of this subject matter.
