Tournaments and player rating.

The tournament rules should clearly state whether match reports are required or not, and how they should be submitted. The tournament administrators should make decisions regarding whether or not to post results. Mutual agreement is nonsense, as it will only give some players an advantage and lead to more disputes.

That's how it should be interpreted. For example, in the rules for "Lyubimchikov," "One for All," or "War of Mages," it is stated that all matches count towards the seasonal ranking.

If this is not specified in the rules, then at the request of any participant, the match result may not be included in the ranking.
