Tournaments and player rating.

It would be better if the organizers of new Tournaments planned them in advance and added them to the schedule so that there wouldn't be chaos in the organization!

Ideally, yes, but this doesn't always work out. Sometimes ideas come suddenly, and sometimes it seems like you have planned everything, but when the specified date arrives, it turns out that something just isn't working.

For example, from this post, "King of the Hill" and "Winter is Coming" (November 2015) were not implemented; it is unclear what happened with "Champions League-2" (January 2016) – either it was canceled or postponed to a later date.

But unscheduled events such as "Wizard OH," "Blitz Jebus Cross," and "Second Snow" emerged.
