[TOURNAMENT-HotA] Second Snow // 2nd Snow

Such an interesting tournament and the main version of HotA... unfortunately, I'll miss it :(

HotA was chosen as the main version for several reasons. Firstly, a tournament on SOD has already been held. Secondly, there are currently many other SOD tournaments (Favorites, Team, OnlineHL has opened, OFB and a Satellite to CIS are planned, and possibly something else) so as not to distract from the planned tournaments. Therefore, we apologize, but for now, it will be this way.

open an alternative branch of participants on SOD or even a new Snow2SoD tournament)
