What are the advantages of Heroes V? How do you see them?

Well, it's like a piece of paper that says it's a coupon. By the way, I read on the back of the packaging about 70 spells:eek: :confused: . But there are only 10 spells each in the schools of Light, Darkness, and Chaos, and maybe 12-15 in Summoning, which makes 42-45 spells; so it's interesting where the other 25-28 are;) Please clarify, though I don't know if I'm posting in the right thread.
