NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

I recently had an idea for a hero-academic: the hero permanently learns spells from wands, scrolls, and magic tomes, but only if they have the corresponding skill leveled up for spells of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th circles, and also creates a scroll with a random spell at the beginning of each week if their level increased during the previous week.

So, will you heal him?
