NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Thanks for the update, Dyrman! I recently had an idea for an academic hero: the hero permanently learns spells from wands, scrolls, and magic tomes, but only if they have the corresponding skill leveled up for spells of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th circles. Also, at the beginning of each week, they create a scroll with a random spell if they leveled up during the previous week.
