Can you explain what this sarcasm is about? For example, when Mент responded to the comment about Psaki, it was sarcasm in response to that absurd statement in the video. But the video starts with this question! Maybe it's some kind of internal American meme, and all women in the US are tormented by the question: "What is it like to be the same gender as Psaki?" If that's the case, it explains a lot, but somehow I don't think that's it.
