I won't engage in a point-by-point debate; it's clear we won't reach an agreement. No one is trying to prove that HellLight knew about this tweak or that he was aware his mouse had a DPI of over 2000. It's obvious he didn't know, but claiming it's a bug is incorrect. The fact that HellLight uses a mouse with 2000 DPI or higher is his choice, just as my relatively weak (by today's standards) computer is my choice. I often experience lag simply because I'm streaming, and that's my decision, just like HellLight's choice of mouse.
AK's initial stance was incorrect, and I'm more than confident that people are only now truly trying to understand the situation.
Nick, explain one thing to me: how can this statement not be a fact? Are you a psychic? Do you have a 100% guarantee that the situation described below is absolutely impossible? Please comment specifically on that, without twisting things. I ask the same of Dirty, if he wants to comment. Because if there's even a 0.000001% chance that the answer is no, then this solution shouldn't have arisen in the first place, but here we are.

Furthermore, you say, "Let him try it in a practice game." But what guarantee is there that, in a panic situation, he would have enough time – those 5-10 seconds, or however much time was lost due to this "bug" – to actually make that decision, rather than sitting there in confusion/indecision for those 5-10 seconds?
