NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

I don't know where to write, but you seem to be the smartest one here, so I'm asking you.
I'm at my wit's end; I downloaded a mod last fall, but I don't remember its name, and it's incredibly annoying. Basically, it replaces the hero icons with terrible ones. I don't remember why I downloaded it, but maybe you can recognize the mod from the screenshots and at least tell me its name so I can try to find the file and delete it?
The screenshot shows what terrible icons it puts instead of the normal ones.
