Probably, Hacker's memory is failing him, or he's not very good at math, because he is the one responsible for Locken's ban. As for the "abdication" - yeah, lizard, it just so happened that he abdicated right when he thoughtlessly started bothering the "threes," and they wrote a mass complaint to the Creator - well, since the "threes" aren't just some random spammers, they are the backbone of our forum, so they were listened to.
