As it turned out, on the way in the treasure zone there was a block of fairies with a +12 shield, which basically did me in) In the first week I did almost nothing, cleared the respawn, put horses in the citadel and took back a refuge for +2 champs in the sands, and on the second week a bear entered there. Since the Griffin Conservatory on the respawn was minimal, I decided not to take 112, as I clearly saw the whole development picture through the conservatory, then hives and everything under the sun =D...
On 121 I take the conservatory with a lackey, they bury 7 bows there for me, since it wasn't taken by Müllich as planned, because a misclick ruined my entire day of tempo. Then I took 2 unicorns on 8 and 6. Then I ran over to the green computer-Tower, killed him, stayed in the Castle to replenish mana with an angel. Meanwhile, the lackeys took back the cloak for +2 speed, the medusa nest with the loss of a dragon utopia since they lost morale, Mark broke through Pandora for 20k exp behind 90 gold golems, which she then ate... there was also a Pandora on the respawn for 20 mages behind a hundred rags; lackeys were taking unicorns and Pandoras. On 9 red dragons I gave up 1 horse and a bear, because there was no sustain at all. Then I made a fatal mistake: since the hero had exp tactics and offense (Lacust), I decided to kill the fairies, as I expected them to attack the mages and in the meantime I would calmly smash them, but it didn't work that way: they immediately started cutting down horses, hitting with meteors and fireballs almost every time; in the end, I came out of there with only 7 dragon utopias, essentially giving up all my meat... luckily I had my own meat left in the Castle, upgraded knights, bought what I could and went to break everything with archers and oil. Astral still managed to take back Pandora and peppers for 10-19 bears; all the water was in Pandora, then this same skill enters, took it. Then I went for a unicorn and Pandora. Took a unicorn on 6 dragon utopias with a lackey using 70 zombies from the box, broke through Pandora behind 36 dragon utopias for all the air; the need to fight КВ behind an army of grand djinns disappears. Then I decided to go and take the wings, breaking through 70 diamonds; it even got to the point where the grand archers ran out of ammo and had to go into melee, hardcore :D Found unicorns and decided to run towards them, for which I paid. There were moves. Wanted to jump forward on DD, somewhere toward the library, but didn't, as I decided to take the unicorn. The opponent arrives on 13 grand ifrits and kills with Armageddon.

P.S. If I had known that the opponent was right under my nose, by the wings and golems with exp, I could have calmly gone to kill him, because he couldn't collect anything before the Armageddon. Such a "mistake" also had quite an impact.
P.P.S. There was an opportunity to buy one's way out, but I didn't, as I thought that there was no Armageddon since he didn't use it immediately. And even if I had bought my way out, it was already too late: I had collected everything tasty that was visible (except the cap and КВ), while for the opponent all the chocolate was ahead: fireballs, armor, dragon utopias, unicorns, the whole deal
