Oh, this bug is causing so many problems. Basically, I moved it, but of course, the error didn't disappear:(. After searching, I found that I'm missing the installation of the gold version (3.1), so I can delete it, but I won't be able to install it. However, there's still hope for the link from Quant in a private message, but I don't know if the RuntimePack with Microsoft XNA Framework and .NET Framework will help.
