I tried running it as an administrator, but nothing changed. I set compatibility to Windows XP (Service Pack 3), but it's still the same. But you mentioned Cyrillic. So, when I went to the properties, I noticed something that (strangely) wasn't written in other places. Here's the location: C:\Users[B]максим[/B]\Desktop\Heroes\Heroes of Might &Magic V Gold Edition\bin. But the whole problem is that the "максим" folder is personal. So, the question is: HOW do I rename it? If it takes too long to explain or you don't know, please provide a link.
P.S. Although it would be better if you explained it yourself. (Your explanations will be clearer than on the website, I'm 100% sure.)
