"Newcomer - 2016. Winter"

Starting a tournament on February 1st without enough participants, and then on March 1st when there are still so few players, is ridiculous!!! Two weeks for registration is a bit much.

The tournament will start as planned, and two weeks is enough time to decide whether or not to participate.
The tournament is for those who are interested. It doesn't matter if 5 or 50 people sign up; I will adjust the rules to fit the number of participants.

Doesn't antiPlayer's participation contradict points 4 and 7 of the requirements for participants? I think he'll easily defeat us (newcomers).

He registered in 2015, and at the time of application, his rating was below 1700, and he had played fewer than 100 games. I have no reason to deny his registration.

Every tournament will have its favorites, but that doesn't mean they always win.
