The Conflux is an absolutely unbalanced Castle. Besides levels 1, 6, and 7, which have already been discussed, they have, for example, such a mega-cheat as the University. Learning all 4 magical skills for a small price is something no one else can do. And their heroes are all top-notch. Okay, heroes with Logistics are common. But look at Ciel! Specialization in Magic Arrow + starting Water magic is an unfairly easy start. The same Grindan, who has Earth magic from the beginning... No, the Conflux needs to be banned.
I almost agree with everything here, except for the definition of the University as a "mega-cheat." If the Dungeon has a Dragon external factor, their growth will be 5! + 1000 EXP + Mana Vortex. That's pretty good, right? And regarding the easy start, yes, that's true.
