The game didn't turn out to be the most successful for me, but still, the desire not to give up and the attempt to realize my potential somehow helped. The opponent surrendered due to lack of prospects.
We each used a couple of our restarts and started playing.
On the first day I expanded to 7 heroes, there was some money in perspective, two passages to adjacent zones were scouted, good artifacts were scouted: +2 helmet from the crypt, +1 all from the harpies, +3 mana from the spearmen. External dwelling of dragons and wood. Also visible were +2 speed behind a stack of genies and a pixelated outline of Dragon Fly Hives. I played the fights very poorly, Centaurs kept pouring in one after another, only the air elementals from Pasis with 2 stacks were true to their purpose and fought as best they could, right up to the battle with the genies, where, alas, they were not spared. +3 mana was guarded by almost 100 spearmen with grandmasters, I had no elves, so I had to sacrifice a lot: a dozen Centaurs, a ballista, Dwarves... other failures also frayed my army, but it was funny to watch the taunts from the aotd... I collected 3 parts as early as the first week, saw a couple of ribs on the map, but they could only be obtained with control... I had a fly scroll. but I had almost no resources or even money to build the Mage Guild; in the end I built Mage Guild 4 with resurrect and water walk, and then there were no resources, I would have had to farm.
I started the second week vigorously, but just as vigorously I threw it away. On the very first day, after buying elves and 5 power-ups, I punched through a mini Dwarf Cottage with Adelka, who had water magic right away, then I took the +2 cloak from behind the genies, sacrificing air elementals and treants, then I took a Dragon Fly Hive with 8 ducks behind a stack of Vampire Lords with Kira, thanks to her haste on the treants, I went to break through the second Dragon Fly Hive, but I lost all my growth there; I had no money for the entire game, so buying more was problematic... I lost almost all treants on champions, a Dragon Fly Hive with 6 Wyverns, gave up 1 Wyvern on the horses, then I took Conflux and scouted a Griffin Conservatory deep in the zone, broke through there with Adelka, but the Conservatory was guarded by trogs; I didn't go in with just 13 ducks and 5 horses, not even any tier-1 units... and here was the biggest fail: I forgot to transfer artifacts to Alagar, who was standing at the nagas, so I fought with just raw army and under-leveled magic... in the end, I lost 3 horses and 6 ducks, the naga dwelling-3 fell, I had almost no mana left (and I had a whole hundred) almost... but I managed to place lightning elemental in the castle near the Conflux company - the only hope...
On the third week I scouted the Conservatory, bought lightning elementals, the Conservatory was maxed and I had to sacrifice all the ducks there, because Alagar had no slow, there was no growth because of those money troubles, I only had bless and cure, water magic was only advanced... the main thing was that the lightning elementals were intact, the ducks were long gone, alas. Then I ran to the treasure zone for a horde of gold golems and demons, broke a Pandora's box behind a horde of eyes for 5k experience, sacrificed lightning elementals and angels to Pyrrha, who had slow and expert logistics (thanks to a scholar with earth magic on the first day), took the level-2 Conservatory without losses (and I could have taken it with Adelka, but I didn't know the size), entered some zone from the treasure zone, possibly through a bugged passage, found 4 beehives and gloves there, the Temple started from scratch, Mage Guild 4 is built, one more level left and I would have flown for aotd and Dragon Fly Hives, besides, there was another Conflux through the mountains, maybe I would have had time to grab the lightning elemental growth (if they were there), but the opponent surrendered, his game also didn't go well, he also threw away a lot, only he didn't have such bright prospects, too bad.
Thank you for the game, good luck in the future.
Thank you to the opponent for the game!
