I can't record a video, but I managed to reproduce it, even on Soda. It's worth noting that at the moment the bug occurs, the cursor itself doesn't freeze; you can still control it, and the timer doesn't freeze either, meaning the gameplay is fine. However, the animation of objects stops. How to reproduce: click on the book and, without releasing the button, move the cursor. The animation will freeze until the button is released, and the timer will continue to run. After that, you can move the cursor over the book as many times as you want; the animation of the click will trigger, but the book won't open until you release the button, the timer will continue to run, and the animation of the map objects will stop.
