One for all and all for one 4

So, if there are 10 draws with a score of 2:2, do we need to play an 11th match? Let's do this instead: if there's no winner after 3 matches, the captains play a match to determine the winner (you can choose your fighter instead of yourself).

- Addition for decisive playoff matches:

If the score is 1-1 (or 2-2 in the final), the points scored by the captain are decisive. If the captains also have the same number of points, a decisive match is played between them.
