Bear ambush + consumables for 3 angels allowed me to reach the center at level 122. Upon exiting, I immediately triggered the opponent's Global Offensive and had a boosted Solmyr in front of him. I triggered Global Offensive, and with tactics, I reduced his stats, gaining artifacts for mana and special abilities. It was a mistake to run further; I encountered a hit-and-run attack and had to bribe my way out of the Fortress with 5 bears, cutting down all the nagas, mages, and spellcasters. Back at my base, I ran to the mana fountain (160) and headed back. The next Fortress battle was already for Gurney; thanks for the game.
