placing Cyclops in the Stronghold is complete nonsense, in my opinion. Upgrading dwellings for the same crystal cost is much more effective. I try to build Aviary and Stronghold or Town Hall in the first week, and Dwellings and Capitol in the second week. I rarely upgrade the Aviary at first – there are more important buildings, and they only differ in speed and lightning attack.
