The maximum number of attribute points that can be allocated to a single attribute is thirty, right?
Up to 30.
If a warrior can wear armor without penalties, does he still need the Armor skill?
No, he does. If another class, for example, a rogue, wears heavy armor, they will have penalties to attack and an even greater penalty to speed and evasion; they may also sometimes skip turns because they are exhausted. A warrior in heavy armor without a special skill will be slower than with it and will evade worse, but this will be better than for a class that is not supposed to wear armor.
If a warrior with the "Fight to the Last" skill has negative HP, does he die after the battle, or can he be healed with regular abilities?
He can be healed.
If you take the Scholar class and max out Combat Training to 1, will the character receive the parry skill in addition to all the other bonuses, similar to the one in the warrior class skill tree?
That wouldn't be fair, so this is only possible if the class doesn't have multiclassing.
