HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

Question for Bare: Does the mod add/change and then use files only in the root folder of the game and the _HD3_Data folder? I need this because I copy all these files into folder 3.8, for example, and then use it as a backup (first I delete _HD3_Data and all files in the root, then I apply the saved ones). Is this correct?
