These are the three options I had in mind. 1. A young man, an Imperial citizen, with specific skills (he doesn't possess any of the skills that would be necessary for a potential expedition, based on the provided information). He is wealthy, handsome, and intelligent (in terms of mental abilities, but not in terms of actions and motivations), but not physically strong. He has a cold, calm, and indifferent personality, and holds unconventional views on many aspects of life. "Unpredictable" is a more fitting description than good or evil. + Easy to role-play. - Poor gameplay. 2. A traveling warrior from Chanzin. He seeks battles, honing his combat skills, and dreams of becoming one of the greatest warriors to ever walk the earth. He is friendly and kind, enjoys having fun, and has a strong sense of right and wrong. He can be overly impulsive, but he is not cruel or malicious. There are no significant pros or cons. 3. An elf (Todalen). An incredibly arrogant and narcissistic sorceress. She has no concept of morality, and the fate and feelings of other people (and non-humans) are of no concern to her. She is capable of causing suffering for her own amusement. She is mentally unstable. + The gameplay for sorcerers should generally be more engaging. - Depending on the plot, there may be problems with role-playing.
