1) It won't work without affecting the spell itself.
2) Then Helmar will lose a specialist, so it's not beneficial.

What do you mean by "affecting the spell"?
In principle, it could be linked to Chaos magic and placed on the fifth level with a chance of appearing in the Inferno castle (like the Unholy Word).
