So, here are a couple more significant fixes:
The speed has been reduced by half.
As a result, the areas of effect for many spells have been changed.
Nature magic now consumes mana like all other spells, but the chance of failure has been reduced. Let the priests cast spells without mana.

I think there will be no more changes to the mechanics unless someone wants otherwise.

Just in case: you did read that each section of poems counts as half, right? I can change this, but I don't really see the point: you don't have that many points.
All that's left is to add the gods and slightly fix the descriptions and images of the factions.
